1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern every transaction processed through ai4all.university — including the purchase of digital courses, training programmes, seminars, and AI Observer memberships. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Digital Content: All courses, training materials, seminars, video lectures, code exercises, quizzes, and certificates delivered electronically through the Platform.
Customer: Any natural person or legal entity who creates an account and purchases Digital Content.
Platform: The website accessible at https://ai4all.university and all associated services.

3. Account Registration

To purchase Digital Content you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Products, Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Course prices and any promotional discounts are clearly stated on the relevant product page prior to checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future offerings, though existing purchases remain unaffected.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content Waiver

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, as per Article 16(m), you expressly consent at checkout to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted. This consent is obtained via a mandatory checkbox before payment is processed.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment, Digital Content is made available immediately through your dashboard. Access is granted for the duration specified on the course page. We strive for 99.9% uptime.

8. Intellectual Property

All Digital Content is the intellectual property of AI4ALL University or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for private educational purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful educational purposes. You shall not: (a) share account credentials; (b) scrape or extract content; (c) use bots; (d) upload malicious code. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

10. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Because digital content access is granted immediately and you have explicitly waived your withdrawal right, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a genuine technical issue, contact us within 14 days at [email protected]. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is stored on secure servers within the EU. You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, or erase your data by contacting [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability

AI4ALL University provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Digital Content in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands. For EU consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
